Killed a doe this morning, deer moved pretty good. Saw 5 this afternoon all with in bow range but no shooters.

Well, I drew back on my first doe of this year, had a pass through. She was quartering away slightly. Trailer blood about 50 yds into the pines and it stopped. Looked around for about an hour. Going back in the morning to try to find her.

No good for me this weekend, but my son laid the smack down on a doe this afternoon, so fresh deer loin is in my future.

I haven't been but a couple of times. With the cooler temps coming in next week, I'm going to get more serious about it.

Dang, hate that. Maybe he's ok then. Put a camera in the area and see if you can see him.

A couple of does and 2 coyotes and 15,778 squirrels. No shots.

All set up waiting on the deer to do their part. Slight breeze, a few acorns dropping, squirrels barking, all is good. Good luck be safe.

Haha, My Chesapeake Bay Retriever loves to go with me, but he loves to swim more than fish. If you don't watch him, he slips out out of the back of the boat and has him self a big time.
