Going to try the crappie again in the morning so I had a couple of rods that needed re rigging. Started to rig up these poles and damn it was a battle. I could barely see the line and getting the knot tied was almost impossible, I guess it does sux to get old.

Did ok with a little over 30 today. Alll quality fish.

i am going to put 2k copper nose bluegill and about the same number of channel cats in a pond. Anyone done this that can give me a estimate on cost. Just want to start putting money back.

Baits on a piling. Looked over I did there was a boat with a marking that said Alabama state patrol. He never checked us and after a while went on his way. Do they patrol game and fish or what

Fished on Sunday against our better judgement and the traffic was a nightmare. Deployed some crank baits and trolled them at 10 to 12 feet....caught probably 12 to 15 bass within an hour....Traffic on the lake was insane but the fish bit good....Later in the day as everyone was getting off the water...

Anybody been lately...Thinking about making the trip up for the holiday but damn I do not want to fight all the pleasure boaters...only can take so much...

First soak produced about 8 nice channels and flat head mix. We have had as many that were tripped but did not stay hooked hooked up.
