Got to a spot in the woods I've been saving all season only to find some idiot has put a drum feeder there. So I eased back out and caught a spike and an 8 point in the edge of a field. The spike saw me and couldn't really decide if I was a threat or not. I reckon either the 8 saw me too or didn't like the way the spike was twitching and nervous and he left before I could get a decent shot. I took just a second too long deciding if I wanted to shoot the spike and he slipped out of sight too. At least I'm finally seeing something.

Why didn't you hunt the feeder? Moving elsewhere was the first mistake....

and in the 4 or 5 years I've hunted that club I've never seen a game warden. But I bet if I shot a deer over corn one would appear LMAO
