Its hard to judge from a pics but ill give it a shot...Jaw bone in pic 1 is 4 ....Jaw bone in pic 2 is 5 . Im no expert, but thats my guess from the pics.

Using the Severinghaus tooth-wear aging method:

Deer #1: 5 1/2
Deer #2: a "tweener." At least 3 1/2 and possibly 4 1/2.

thanks bsk. good to hear from you again. based on the trailcam pics of the first deer I had, I fig'd he was at least 5, just didn't know if the jawbone told another story:
