Oven Roasted Turkey
We injected a small turkey with Creole Butter marinade and put a cut up Apple and an onion in the cavity. Wrapped it tin foil and put it in the oven....gonna let it cook for about 3 1\2 hours. I'll post up some more pics later this this afternoon when it gets done.

Here's the finished product.......Turkey....tater salad....cream style corn.....brioche bread.....and homemade Apple tart for desert.
