That'll be a fine meal right there! How long will it take to smoke 50lbs?

I have 5hrs in on the small one now. The big one will be around 6 or 7. But the big on you set it and walk away.

Well we had 43 people to eat. We had 5lbs of chicken left over. Everyone was happy and putting in orders for the next time.

What kind of sides did you have to go with it? Potato salad, baked beans?
The reason I ask is because our dog hunting club used to cook for a church in Union Springs. But we cooked venison. Back then we got access to some great hunting land, at no cost.

We done the meat and the rest was pot luck. We had baked and green beans. 4 different types of tater salad. Slaw, greens and corn bread. Thanks for the kind words guys. Our little church has been good to us. Unfortunately our members keeps dropping. our members are getting older and we're nit getting new members coming in. As long as we have a few I always have the smoker on standby lol.
