It's ok....I was afraid I had cooked it too long and dried it out but it's just got a heavy smoke color on the outside. It's perfect inside....moist and flaky.sdw wrote:That looks good! How'd the salmon turn out?

The shrimp were already cooked but frozen...I put them in the grill pan and let them thaw out on the smoker after I took the salmon off .WGTaxidermist wrote:Man that looks good! Don't look like you smoked that shrimp.
