None taken.....I usually deep fry my fish but I was low on oil so I pan fried some....I have never had good luck cooking them in the pan so I only cooked a few in case I screwed em up.

We had a fish fry scheduled a few weeks ago. But unfornately someone was rutting and chasin in Randolph County and was a no show. This caused a horrible chain of events later that evening. Trutalker was so upset that he ended up eating a silverback brillo pad and drinking Heinekens Whip
