Loin

Post by Shootnmiss »

I diced bacon and fried till nearly done. Diced onion and jalapeno, and out the bacon, onion, and pepper in cream cheese and mixed it up. Butterflied a loin and packed it full, then slow grilled it. Son it's some count.
:D Sometimes when I'm home alone I beat it like it owes me money :D

Thaw the lion in buttermilk and a little salt, let it set for at least 12 hours at room temperature. Then add your desired stuffing and seasoning. Thank me later. 👍
