2 cup water
1 1/2 stick butter
1 cup milk
1 cup grits
3 eggs beaten
2 cup shredded mexican 4 cheese blend
1 package of diced ham
Bring water and heavy cream and butter to a boil, add grits and
constantly to prevent clumpingWhen grits are thick add milk and eggs...
in thoroughlyPour mixture into 8X11 baking dish
Add shredded cheese evenly across top evenly
Place in oven to bake for 35-40 minutes
Absolutely delicious
