Memorial Day smoking

We have my family coming over, so I figure I'm going to smoke 10 lbs of pork shoulders. I usually have my shoulders split into 2 5lb pieces. Splitting the shoulder gives me a 5-6 hour smoke time, which ends up perfect, I can put them on the smoker at 6am at 180*-200* for about 6 hrs with 1 hr rest and we usually will eat about 2:00pm.
I use a dry rub and brown sugar before I put the shoulder into the smoker.
I use pecan and apple wood for the Smoke, I like how mild it is with chicken and pork.
What y'all got going for eats?

That looks good! Probably shouldn't have said what time it'll be ready. You may end up with uninvited guests [emoji3]
