You young guys probably don’t worry too much about your diet, but when you start getting a little long in the tooth you think about it. High blood pressure, high cholesterol, over weight, etc., I know not to eat fried food, but sometimes you just got to do what you got to do.
Fried (pro fryer) tenderized venison steaks.
Fried (pro fryer) okra
Mashed potatoes (home grown)
Got half way thru the meal and realized we forgot to slice the tomatoes picked this morning. We will eat them for breakfast.

I could make a meal on the okra and potatoes but the fried venison is the icing on the cake!
