Cooking on the 4th

I lucked out. Young pretty lady (daughter of someone I know) showed up at the door last week with pencil and pad in hand. She proceeded to tell me where she went to school and was selling BBQ ribs and butts to raise money (I think for the band). She said she will delevier them on the 4th of July. I had a flash back of cooking in 100 degree weather and off she went $60.00 richer. I told my wife I would take care of the sides (will probably get them at KFC).
What yall cooking?

We cooking Red Snapper Sat night and then 6 slabs of ribs on the smoker early Monday morning....

Yea...we will.... But I don't know what the Sunday chef has planned... I'm just in charge of dinner Sat and lunch on Monday.... I gotta have an off day where I can drank beer all day....and that would be Sunday.... Probably end up cooking steaks or chicken I'm sure....just won't be me doing the cooking....
