Getting started a little early for the 4th! Put in 2 split chicken's and a 7 lb pork shoulder into the smoker about 7 this morning. The chicken is ready and I got about another hour or so on the pork. Just got finished making a white sauce for the chicken. Should be some fine eating with slaw and some sweet onion bacon baked beans and finished off with a watermelon. Hope you guys have a great 4th! ImageImage
Just finished up the pork and pulled it once it got to 190*, I'll let it rest in the cooler for an hour. Then it will be ready to pull. ImageImageImageImage

I'm safe. I use pecan and apple wood.

DIll. Nothing but apple cider vinegar sauce on the pork and a white sauce on the chicken. No sweet pickles here!
