Well I made them last night ... here are some of my thoughts ...
They are very difficult to get them to stay on the skewer. I might add some bread crumbs or something next time to thicken the meat/veggie combo up
They are very easy to overcook. I might need to lower the temp of the grill a bit
Very tasty though!

I've got some of these Sasquatch turds ready for the grill. I changed the recipe just a little but it is very close to the one posted. I found out don't make your meat/veggie mix wet or it will not stick. Make a dry mixture and it worked better for me.
I'm gonna try it without skewers also.
Thanks for posting this recipe. I will let you know what I think about it!

Dayumn those turds look tasty. What do you mean dry mix? I thawed my ground venison and didn't add any water

I added a little dales and worcestershire and it made it too wet. So then I added a good bit of ranch seasoning , onion powder, southern flavor, and creole seasonings. This dried the mixture up so it would stick to the cheese pretty good. The only other problem I had was the meat wanted to stick to the grill if I didn't rotate it often. As soon as I put the meat on the grill I closed off the top vent on the grill to drop the heat some. You don't want to cook it on a high heat or it will stick and tear apart.
