Honey habanero glazed chicken cooked on charcoal and applewood. My daughter grew the habaneros and my son harvested the honey at a bee farm he piddles with in between geology jobs. Best chicken I've ever grilled!

I'll have to measure it out next time. I just made it to taste because I've never made it before. It had a little butter, salt, fresh chopped habaneros, vinegar, and honey. I'll measure it all next time and give you the recipe. It was about 2 tablespoons of vinegar and butter and about 4 tablespoons of honey and a half teaspoon of salt with a couple of habaneros minced up.
