Here's my recipe and it sucks. Too bland and lumpy. Ya'll teach me how to make better gravy please
Home Made Gravy
Ingredients:
• 2 tblsp flour
• 3/4 stick of butter
• 2 cups Chicken or Beef stock from bouillon cubes
Instructions:
• Put butter in a fry pan and melt it
• Add flour a litle at a time, mixing thoroughly with the butter
• Heat stock in a pan
• Add corn flour/butter mixture and

until it thickens up
I tried adding Worcestershire Sauce for flavor but that sucked too

Lost it at butter and broth.
Use bacon or sausage greese add a couple tbl. Spoons of flour. Let it brown and turn iinto a paste. Keep pan hot. Pour in milk and use a fork to

and deglaze the pan. Wbring it to boil the cut it off and pour over biscuits

Hang on I missed the wWorcester . What kind are you wanting to make? Beef , turkey, pork gravy. You can use the drippings from the pan and bring it to a boil in a pan and add corn starch or flour.

I wanna do it for beef, chicken, or venison. I don't mind different ingredients for different meats

I like using corn starch to thicken the drippings. You can add carrots onions rosemary thyme to the stock/dripping with a little flour I. Pot and thin it with wine to make Augus for beef. Before you serve it just stain it to get the veggies out.

It turned out great! I had Tennessee family in town this weekend and was on the hook to cook breakfast
I had to do it up right and this gravy just made it perfect. I learned to add corn starch AFTER it is cooking, ended up being really thick and I had to cut it with more milk but dang ... Chopped up some sausage and put into it too .... man o man that was a real hit
THANKS!
Paul
