I bought a 30# box and eat about half of them yesterday....now I'm bout to start shuckin em again. Gonna eat some raw and my wife's gonna fry a bunch of em....fried is the only way she'll eat them.David Leonard wrote:Well how many did you eat, Just them too? LOL

We fried a bunch of em for supper last night.....got a dozen or so left that I'm gonna bake in the oven tonight using your recipe SDW.

SDW is going to give me hell over this but ive never eat raw oysters. Eat them fried but never raw.
