Home made sausage

Caught some Boston butts on sale so I bought a couple and made some patty sausage. Wound up with 17 pounds out of two butts. Seasoned with leggs #10 seasoning.

wonder if that would work on wild hog back strap ?

Plan on killing a few hogs Tuesday morning if they continue to show up like they have every day
Any particular place you buy the Leggs seasoning ?
I know i can order it but had rather buy local if possible

Most grocery stores around here cary Leggs seasoning. Usually it's on or near the condiment isle. You may have to ask but I'm sure the grocery stores in your area have it too.
