Venison Cheese Sticks w/Bacon Grilled
Ingredients:
• 1 lb ground venison
• Thick cut bacon
• ½ cup diced onions
• ½ cup diced mushrooms
• ½ cups diced green peppers
• 1 egg
• Pepper
• Salt
• Mozzarella cheese sticks
• Kabob skewers
Directions:
• Mix ingredients thoroughly in a bowl
• Slip a kabob skewer trough a cheese stick longways
• Take a handful of the mixture and wrap around the cheese stick
• Wrap with bacon
• Grill until the bacon is cooked
