Egg roll recipe (this is what I use and it makes this much every time)
2lbs of hamburger 80/20
2 packs wrappers
2 packs Cole slaw
1 can of water cheasnuts
Brown off hamburger I use a little garlic salt. Drain grease reduce heat to medium. Add a little salt to meat then add Cole slaw and water cheasnuts also add a little soy sauce mix for a few minutes till Cole slaw reduces down a bit take it off the heat. Let that sit for about 30 minutes and then start wrapping them
I use peanut oil to fry mine in. Drop about 4-5 at a time in the oil. Move them around with wooden spoon until golden brown and repeat.
