That’s what I’m fixing to say about a million times
I’m about half deaf anyway and it never fails if I think I hear a bird or some birds scratching or anything I always stop and say Listen!!! Then it always turns out to be nothing. Lol. But I’ll do it every time. Anyone got any birds roosted or put there eyes on some yet?? I’ve seen some blowed up the last few days.
I can't hear good either and I haven't been. Just relying on past seasons tendencies.
When I'm walking in the turkey woods mostly in the roads I stop a lot to listen. Every time a crow calls or anything loud.
Between a saw mill and 4 different tracts being cut , skidders and log trucks, 431 traffic, and wind , a turkey would’ve had to be sitting in my lap to hear it this morning.
