Depends on how you want it. I've got 3 tracts total. I will sell any or all. House sits on 2.57 acres with a 30x30 shop. House sits on a full unfinished basement but is studded and plumbed for another bathroom and bedroom and living room in basement. New roof, A/C, septic, both bathrooms remodeled with granite and kitchen remodeled and it also has granite. Would take 205,000. I've also got another 3.13 acres that backs up to it and a rental property beside it that is another 1.94 acres. Like I said I'll sell any or all of it just depends on what you're looking for
