He grew a good 8pt rack but broke off a G3. Probably in a battle with another old warrior.

Nice deer y’all. Unless something changes this will be the first year since I was 12 I didn’t kill a racked buck. But season ain’t over yet and I had my chances even if it was. Been a fun year though.

Killed this little guy here at the house. First kill with my new Tikka T3x Hunter and my 120gr Barnes TTSX handloads. Not the best shot but he dropped right there and was dead in a couple minutes. Still getting used to the light trigger on the rifle.
