Gonna be marinated ribeyes, twice baked taters n salad for supper, not sure on lunch just yet.

im thinking cubed steak, potatoe salad, cold slaw, butter beans, and apple pie with ice cream. I can throw that together pretty quick, and my wife makes good cold slaw.

My dad cooked us some marinated ribeyes with baked potato and salad and garlic bread. It was good good.

Tonight I tried a new recipe for turkey legs in the skillet and it is fall off the bone tender and pretty good also. It cooked for three hours.

That looks good! I've never been able to cook the legs to where they were very tender.

I marinated them in Italian dressing for 6 days. Poured all Into skillet. Cooked for three hours covered. I added tony's creole , lemon pepper, southern flavor, lee and perrins worcestershire , moores, onion powder, and salt and pepper. Add water when needed. I added water 4 times. Pretty much add whatever you like but be sure you keep plenty of water in it to boil , If it starts ooking thick add water.
