Ribs for supper tonight......
I normally smoke my ribs but I fixed these in the pressure cooker. I'll let y'all know how they turn out.

You suck.... I had leftover spaghetti... Wifee and daughter is out of town ....no one to cook for me.... By the way....looks damn good...

They turned out pretty good, I cooked them for 30 minutes under pressure and probably should have went 40. They weren't fall off the bone tender but they weren't tough either. Smoked is still the way to go but pressure cooked will do in a pinch.Rutabaga wrote:Those do look good, how were they?
