Hamburger helper tonight but using my pork rub recipe to dry rub these baby back ribs overnight to smoke tomorrow. Gonna post a write-up in a little while on how to make your baby backs more tender before grilling

Turkey 101, Maui chicken and steak tonight with garlic cheese mashed taters and broccoli. I got 10 lbs of butt to get out tonight to put a rub on to go on the smoker in the morning. Gonna eat boiled peanuts and roll some pecan and apple smoke in the morning.

Bought a 10# filet and cut it up..... Also grilled half a salmon....Had some garlic cheesy potatoes and spring mix salad.... dammit it was good....

thats a good system buddy. But I've never seen juice run out of charcoal. My daughter and my girlfriend eat their steaks medium. I'd get the chit slapped outta me if I tried to feed them that tough dry leather [emoji3]
