Venison

Post by sdw »

My girl called me last night and asked if I'd cook her some fried venison cubed steak and brussels sprouts. Turned out pretty good even though the pictures didn't.

I thought I remembered you saying that. I'll write up how I do it tonight or tomorrow. Depending on what all my daughter is going to have me doing besides cooking.

Thanks guys! I don't cook too much. It took me a while to figure out how to bread stuff how I liked it. I hope it helps someone.

Dang that's some good stuff. My daughter came home from UAB a few weekends ago and asked for venison cubed steak. Of course I obliged ...

I just made some mushroom gravy then tossed cubed steak on a bed of rice and covered with the gravy. Added baked asparagus on the side ... Yum
When I die I don't wanna go quietly in the night ...
I wanna slide in sideways kickin and screamin!
Life is good, soak it up while you can
