Hang on I missed the wWorcester . What kind are you wanting to make? Beef , turkey, pork gravy. You can use the drippings from the pan and bring it to a boil in a pan and add corn starch or flour.
I like using corn starch to thicken the drippings. You can add carrots onions rosemary thyme to the stock/dripping with a little flour I. Pot and thin it with wine to make Augus for beef. Before you serve it just stain it to get the veggies out.
It turned out great! I had Tennessee family in town this weekend and was on the hook to cook breakfast
I had to do it up right and this gravy just made it perfect. I learned to add corn starch AFTER it is cooking, ended up being really thick and I had to cut it with more milk but dang ... Chopped up some sausage and put into it too .... man o man that was a real hit
THANKS!
