I'll be honest...the cole slaw was "store bought" ....other than that, wife said she sliced a couple taters and lightly floured and fried em. Skinless salmon filets lightly floured and fried in olive oil....threw a little salt on em when she took em up. Put em on some dinner rolls for buns.
