Lay Lake

Post by Travis »

Went there for the first time in several years today. Didn't get many bites, but caught some real nice fish. One largemouth about 5lbs. Several big spots in the 3lb range. I'll be going back soon!

Sounds like a good time. What part of the lake were you fishing on?

The south part. I don't know the name of the creek, but it was close to the dam.

If you were on the East or Coosa side you were probably in Paint Creek.

Isn't the steam plant on the northern end of the lake?
