I cooked 35 Lbs. of crawfish and for my wife and son I cooked a mild 1 Lb. of shrimp, potatoes, corn, onion, and two types of sausage.

Dk I probably wasn't far from you when I picked them up today. I didn't invite anyone just me and the family tonight. I will freeze what we don't eat this weekend and I like to take them to work and eat them cold out of the fridge. I probably like them better that way than fresh cooked.

Possibly later on tonight. I might have put just a little bit more seasoning than I should have. It surely makes me thirsty :D
