Last minute hit lister

This old guy is one we marked as dead when he showed himself. Since I was more than blessed with a mature deer this year I backed out of this parcel of land and let my hunting partner have the place to himself for the last six weeks of season. He was not able to connect with the buck and I decided since he was not hunting yesterday afternoon to go pull a camera from the property and sit in a stand until dark. The last 5 minutes of day light on the last day of season this deer decides to make an appearance. He stepped out of the woods at 357yds and I sent a sleeping pill his way. Not a high scoring deer age structure is what dictates on our leases.
