Dove poppers!!
Soaked some dove breast fillets in buttermilk over night then wrapped em in bacon along with a slice of jalapeno. Cooked em on the grill till the bacon was done. Mighty fine eating.

The bacon is cheating. That plate would be delicious wrapped in bacon.

Looks really good I had some this weekend along with jalepino and banana pepper stuffed… I know my spelling is off
